There are so many contradictions in life.

I love my family and want all that’s best for them; doesn’t everybody?

I cook for them, but they want store bought.

I care for them, but I go work outside the house.

This blog is about venting and working out differences and conflicts.

I am the mother of wonderful kids: Hen, an eleven year sports-statistics whiz boy and Coco an active eight year old girl. I try to convert them to real local homemade old fashioned food but am failing miserably. I am an English-Canadian living deep in french speaking country; I married into this.

We try to live green but have trouble giving up things.
